Smartphone Diagnostic Service

Our smartphone diagnostic service allows us to test your device for functionality and issues that it may have. You can mail in or drop off your device to one of our repair centers. After diagnostics, we will contact you to discuss your repair options, pricing, and return shipping.

Diagnostics Includes

Thorough testing of your device to ensure functionality and current issues. This includes testing of your touch panel, LCD, speakers, cameras, battery, and sensors.

After diagnosing your device we provide you with a repair quote. Once you confirm the repair price with you we will complete any necessary repairs and invoice you for any repair balance. You are then welcome to have the device shipped or pick it up in our store.
