My son ended up dropping my iPad Air 2 the night before my family and I were to travel the next day. The whole front screen was cracked like a big spiderweb. I found Repair Sharks on Yelp, and brought my iPad Air 2 the next morning when they opened at 10 am. Our Story
Repair Sharks was conceptualized in 2006 with the beginning of one of the worlds first iPod Repair centers. The original iPod Repair Guys serviced thousands of iPod customers from around the world with a unique mail-in and Free Diagnostic system. We believe making it as easy and convenient for the customer is our main priority.
In 2009 we officially changed our name to Repair Sharks. As technology progressed Repair Sharks adapted to new devices and repairs. Since the inception of the iPad and the iPhone, Repair Sharks has been apart of the generational change of Apple’s flagship devices. We continue to expand our device services and our brick and mortar locations in Nassau County, New York. Mail-in orders and walk-in customers are welcome. After more than 10 years of service in the smartphone and tablet repair industry we are happy to be contributing to a great field. We have watched an incredible paradigm shift occur in technology over the last decade and we are excited to see where it will go.
