Repair Sharks is an industry leader in iPod, iPhone and Xbox 360 Repair. We service all issues and models from Nano 1st Generation to iPhone 3Gs. We have been in the business of iPod Repair since 2006 and have since helped thousands of customers with their devices. We are a family owned and operated business employing local technicians that are trained and apprenticed under our master technician and founder Daniel Cieslak.
Daniel has twenty years technical experience in electronics, computers, networking, robotics, technical training, and technical writing, He has worked for fortune 500 and 1000 companies delivering and developing technical training on such areas as mobile devices, advanced data capture, networking infrastructure, enterprise mobility, RFID, WLAN, WWAN, in addition to many others. He holds certifications from Novell, CompTIA, and PMI project management. His education includes an honors M.S in Instructional Technology degree with advanced certificate, four years of classroom independent electronics study, CAD design, robotics, programming in html and php, two years of networking study. Additionally, Daniel holds a B.A. in English.
Our 2nd master technician and apprentice is Ronald Coryat whose computing and iPod expertise we could not do without. He has a long time passion for repair work and came to Repair Sharks in 2008 as an eager and motivated technician. We have been quite impressed with Ron’s diligence and patience with every device he works on. He handles each device with the utmost care and delicacy and lives up to the Repair Sharks customer promise.
Tiffany is Daniel’s sister and works in the office to maintain records, inventory, and shipping. Her advanced degrees in education make her a perfect addition to the Repair Sharks team. She is engaging and fun to be around, intelligent, and hard working.
